Fellowship
Each Sunday immediately following worship we gather in the Church Family Room (the fellowship hall) for refreshments and conversation. It's a great way to meet new friends and to get caught up with old friends. Special events such as game nights, Trunk or Treat, Advent Workshop, and other occasional gatherings offer opportunities to have fun together. Additionally, small groups such as those described below offer time for extended conversation and faith sharing in a relaxed setting. United Methodist Women United Methodist Women (UMW) is a supportive, inclusive Christian membership organization where women grow spiritually, develop as leaders, nurture one another in community, and support U.S. and international projects and partners improving the lives of women, children and youth. Bangor First has an active United Methodist Women's group that meets on the second Saturday of the month at 9:30 AM. |

Piburn Circle This UMW "circle" gathers monthly for fellowship and support, as well as programs by a wide variety of guest presenters. Piburn Circle meets in the Fireside Room on the third Thursday of the month at 1 PM. |

Keenagers "Keenagers" are folks who may have lived a little longer, but are certainly not "old" in spirit. This group gathers in the Church Family Room (the fellowship hall) on the fourth Monday of each month at noon to share a meal, hear a guest speaker, and participate in various activities. |

Youth Group
Middle and High School youth gather regularly for fun and fellowship. Activities include cookouts, game nights, field trips (bowling, tubing, movies, etc.), baking bread for Communion services, service projects in the community, etc. Each meeting includes a time for spiritual formation and discussion about where faith and everyday life meet. This is an open group, and youth are encouraged to invite friends. |
